Feby and Melati will be tabling their tempeh at the gorgeous new location of Preserved - a culinary grocery and homegoods shop foocused on preservation and fermentation. They frequently host workshops with classes on everything from cheese, to miso, to pickling, to fermented sodas, to Chinese bao. Best place for gift-giving for yourself and friends.
